Ensure the development and optimum use of human capital—people’s skills, experience and knowledge—through concerted efforts by labour market players, with a view to increasing Québec’s prosperity.

Vision

In 2020, in response to labour market needs, the CPMT will have contributed fully to recognition of Québec as a model “learning society” and to the development of people’s potential.
