The 2008-2009 proposal booklet comes in two parts. The first part provides full information about how the Applied Research Grant Program (PSRA) works and how to submit a letter of intent (, 332 KB, French only). The second part describes the priority research needs and guidelines (, 426 KB, French only) identified by the labour market partners. Project proposals have to involve workforce skills development and recognition.
