There are two employment integration and maintenance committees (CIMEs), one for the disabled and another for immigrants. To foster job integration and retention among these clienteles, the CIMEs identify the underlying problems the disabled and immigrants face and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate obstacles.
Formerly known as CAMOs, or worker adaptation committees, their operations and funding sources are the same as the Sectoral workforce committees. Their board of directors consists primarily of representatives from the targeted groups and organizations that work with them.
