The employment integration and maintenance committee (CIME) for disabled persons fosters job integration and retention among its target clientele. To this end, it assesses obstacles that disabled persons face and prepares strategies to improve access to employment and the necessary training for job-entry.
Formerly known as CAMO, CIME operates in the same way and has the same source of funding as the sectoral workforce committees (CSMOs). It applies the decisions made by its board of directors, made up of representatives of associations, unions and businesses, as well as government departments and organizations involved in the area.
