2020 Statement of Training Activities

Notice to Employers Subject to the Skills Act
(Loi sur les compétences)

New: The Statement of Training Activities form will now be available on the Zone entreprise of the Entreprises Québec Site externe. website.

The period for filling the statement of training activities form for the 2020 calendar year will begin on February 1, on the Zone entreprise website.

To use the Zone entreprise, you need to have a clicSÉQUR – Entreprises account. Informations for registration are available on that site. Registration is free. All you need is your Québec entreprise number (NEQ) and your Revenu Québec identification number.

You must submit a Statement if your total payroll exceeds $2 million. Once the form is available on the website of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail, employers subject to the skills development law must complete it.

The Statement of Training Activities makes it possible for the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail to obtain information on:

  • training means used by employers to meet their legal obligation to participate in the development of workforce skills;
  • employee categories affected by the training given.

The statement also enables the Commission to produce an evolving picture of employer's participation in workforce training.
